Question: What is sustainability and how it will influence organisation behaviour?And maybe you can try to explain how the company (HaiDiLao) sustain. Answer: The organizational sustainability determines the balance of the social, economical and ecological aspect of the society. These are the three pillars of the sustainability and are associated with the continuous development or maintenance of the organizational structure and operations. Sustainability is concerned with the past decades of the business and future forecasting about the business environment and other relevant factors. Sustainable strategy helps the business to gain higher profitability and stability in the future. HaiDiLao restaurant implements the effective marketing strategy that helps to attract more customers towards the business and led the restaurant towards gaining competitive advantage as well. The restaurant also maintains an ecological sustainability system which refers the business to use the natural resources for the preparation of the food items along with maintaining the hygiene factors[1]. The ecological sustainability is helpful for the restaurant to maintain the health of the customers and also help to preserve the resources also. It is also helpful for the whole the country to maintain the well-being of the people and also to preserve the natural resources for future. The company is maintaining the health and well beings of the customers and the associated society through their eco friendly activities. The aim of the business is to increase the productivity which adds more value towards the ecological sustainability of the restaurant[2]. The economical sustainability helps the restaurant to make use of the available resources which ass value towards the economic growth rate of the restaurant and also helps in increasing the customer satisfaction rate. HaiDiLao restaurant also with the effective implementation of the economic sustainability system helps the country to preserve the assets and resources[3]. This also aims towards the effective steps that need to be taken to make the use of natural resources and thus maintain economical sustainability in the competitive scenario. The social sustainability plays a vital role also in determining the sustainability and thus helps the restaurant to provide additional value towards the society. Higher customer satisfaction and improved brand image can be gained through the social development activities. The social sustainability system refers to the individual behavior towards the HaiDiLao restaurant which further helps in maintain the health and wellbeing of the customers[4]. This is good for the country also to analyze the equitability of the resource and also wiping the poverty as a whole from the country which further helps in providing effective social service to the society. The sustainability helps in influencing the organizational behavior which further helps in increasing the profit rate of the business. The HaiDiLao restaurant is working for improving the profitability rate on a long-term basis which will help in gaining more employees towards the workplace. This may also helps towards lowering the turnover rate of the employees as it provides less financial risks and increased customer satisfaction rate which add in the sustainability of the business in the competitive market.
